How to use

Complete with the client before quotation. Estimates are per engagement, not published universal commitments. Record item ID, client role, source, estimated preparation/meeting hours, due date, dependency, secure exchange method and effect of delay. Re-estimate when scope changes; do not treat a late input as automatic acceptance or extra billing.

Applicability: legal-entity/activity/group/licence records; management and finance confirmation. Questionnaire: original version, deadline, mandatory buyer conditions, technical owners and legal/commercial approver. DORA register: submitted package, error report, reporting basis, contract list and identifier evidence. Readiness: policies, contracts, control owners and existing tests. Email: sender inventory, representative failed messages and DNS/mail contact. AI: known tools/use cases, survey sponsor and tool terms. Technical changes: system owner, access, change window, rollback and test accounts. Monthly support: action queue, changes, management decisions and evidence due. Human factors/wellbeing: sponsor, participant availability, purpose and aggregate-output expectations.

Review before signing

Can the named owners supply the inputs lawfully? Are approval and interview hours included in the client estimate? Are out-of-office periods and third parties considered? Does the timetable start only when the agreed inputs/start are confirmed? Record alternative sources, partial delivery or rescheduling for each critical dependency.
