Exit and supplier-unavailability planning worksheet
Illustrative specimen or blank worksheet. Not a signed contract, legal opinion, client case or evidence that Dyasol has performed these operations. Complete and agree the relevant terms before use.
Purpose and activation
Engagement [ ]; ordinary completion/cancellation trigger [ ]; supplier failure/unavailability trigger [ ]; decision owner [ ]; alternate contact [ ]. Complete the relevant contract annex with qualified advice before relying on it. This worksheet creates no new exit, audit, escrow or licence rights.
Materials and usable handover
For each deliverable record title/version [ ], native editable format [ ], PDF/export if useful [ ], repository owner/location [ ], permitted recipients/use rights [ ], third-party restrictions [ ], extraction method [ ], receiving owner [ ], integrity check [ ]. Test whether the recipient can open and use the file without the departing provider’s account. Distinguish client records from provider templates and third-party licences.
Normal exit schedule
Task [ ]; owner [ ]; input [ ]; target [ ]; acceptance evidence [ ]; remaining fee/capacity treatment [ ]. Cover open decisions, risk/action history, known limitations, access removal, knowledge transfer, supplier coordination and final billing. Agree time and costs; no unlimited free transition is implied.
If the provider becomes unavailable
Identify which client-controlled records remain accessible, who can export them, alternative authorised contact and replacement-provider handover. Verify account recovery and any agreed contingency access without sharing credentials insecurely. Record the tested scenario/date/result [ ]; if untested mark untested. A promise of future access is not continuity evidence.
Return, retention and deletion
Data set [ ]; client instruction [ ]; return format [ ]; legal/contract retention [ ]; active-copy deletion [ ]; backup expiry [ ]; subcontractor handling [ ]; confirmation/evidence [ ]; unresolved exception [ ]. Do not promise immediate erasure from all backups when the actual architecture cannot support it. Obtain required acceptance before removing the last useful copy.
