First we review the reporting format and version, reference date and original error messages. We confirm whether we can handle the package and agree the number of entities, arrangements, rows and review rounds.
What you receive
Cause analysis, corrections based on available confirmed data, repeated agreed checks and a corrected file with a version identifier. The change log connects each error to its source, change and check outcome. Missing data and unresolved issues are identified separately.
What to prepare
The latest submitted package, complete error messages, reporting period and underlying sources. We need an accountable person to confirm business information. After the first conversation we agree a secure channel; do not upload contracts or sensitive data through the public form.
Price, timing and repeat checks
We fix the price, timeline, supported format and outputs in a written proposal after the initial review. We specify how missing data and another rejection are handled. Correcting a defect in our own work within the initial scope is distinguished from new requirements or new input data.
Boundaries and submission
Building a register from scratch, discovering contracts, legal opinions, converter development and submission on your behalf are separately scoped. The client confirms the facts. Passing local validation, successful transmission and supervisory acceptance are different outcomes; we do not guarantee the last.
