Business email and domain review

The first conversation is free. Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts.

Business email going to spam, a domain being impersonated or uncertainty about email authentication? We investigate the agreed domains and sending services and provide a prioritised correction plan. Implementation is quoted separately; inbox placement and removal from third-party lists are not guaranteed.

If the immediate symptom is junk placement, use the Gmail and Outlook diagnostic guide to collect a useful example before the review.

Starting price

from €2 400. Base-scope price. The exact price is fixed in writing before work starts. No additional work is charged without prior agreement. Scope and prices.

  • +€600 per additional 25 hosts
  • Multi-brand estates: from €4 900
The audit identifies the causes, evidence and recommended actions. Technical fixes are agreed separately because their scope becomes clear after the checks. You may commission them from Dyasol or use your own IT team. After 5–10 working days you keep the management summary, the technical findings and a prioritised fix list; an illustrative section is available on our sample-deliverables page. It does not cover how AI search engines present you, and no inbox placement or delisting is guaranteed.

Agreed separately

Implementing the fixes; ongoing monitoring; multi-brand estates (quoted from the published figure).

Acceptance: you review the deliverable within 10 working days of delivery and one consolidated clarification round is included; defects in our own agreed work are corrected without extra charge. The payment schedule is stated in the written quote; monthly support is invoiced monthly.
After the audit, we can separately implement agreed changes to SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending services and other identified settings, then verify the result. We can also continue with monthly monitoring of email, reputation and blocklist signals. Practical improvements →

What you prepare after we agree scope: your domains and sending services, and a responsible IT contact. A brief description is enough for the first conversation. Do not send passwords or health information through the form. Documents and technical information needed for the agreed work are exchanged through a secure channel arranged in advance.

We prepare the agreed materials and document the scope, findings and limitations. Decisions by regulators, auditors or clients remain theirs to make.
