Workplace wellbeing and sustainable working practices

When heavy workloads, unclear priorities and difficult communication become the norm, teams need practical changes to how work is organised. We help leaders and HR teams discuss these situations and agree achievable actions for a more sustainable working environment.

This is a pilot direction. We agree the format with you before it begins and describe what is and is not included in writing.

Who it is for

Leaders and HR professionals who want to address workload organisation, boundaries, communication and the prevention of occupational burnout.

Where we start

A standalone workshop with agreed objectives. Topics and format are tailored to your organisation. You do not need to commission a technical audit or another service first.

What you receive

  • A preparatory conversation about context and objectives.
  • A psychologist-led working session on selected organisational situations.
  • A short written plan with agreed actions, owners and a way to track progress.
  • An optional follow-up meeting under a separately agreed scope.

What we discuss

Workload and priorities; boundaries and expectations; communication under pressure; recognising organisational problems and agreeing appropriate management actions.

How we protect participants

We explain the purpose and process in advance. We do not require participants to disclose personal health histories. The output describes organisational themes and actions, rather than mental-health assessments or individual psychological profiles for the employer.

Who leads

This practice is being developed with Diana Ginova, drawing on her experience in psychology, psychotherapy and work with corporate clients. Other specialists are involved according to the assignment.

Scope and price

A written quotation based on participants, topic, preparation, duration and follow-up work. The pilot format is agreed in advance.

Boundaries: This is an organisational workshop. It does not include clinical diagnosis, therapy or crisis counselling, and does not guarantee a particular reduction in burnout, absence or staff turnover.
