We ask clients to accept evidence over promises, so the same standard applies here: qualifications as held, roles as actually practised, and nothing implied.

Practising chief information security officer. Leads every Dyasol engagement and owns its technical content: threat scenarios, control recommendations and the regulatory mapping.

Owns: Scoping, the technical and regulatory substance of every deliverable, the named officer roles, and the final sign-off. If a document leaves Dyasol, he has read it.
Does not own: Facilitation and behavioural analysis in human-factors work are led by Diana Ginova; he attends or is reachable throughout and answers any technical question raised.
Languages: Works in Bulgarian and English.

Diana Ginova

Partner — human factors

Certified psychotherapist. Fourteen years of psychotherapy and organisational-psychology practice. Developing her practice into cyberpsychology.

Owns: Facilitation, behavioural analysis and the human-factors annex in an engagement: how executives decide under pressure, how manipulation and influence work inside legitimate business threads, and how people actually behave around security and AI rules.
Does not own: Technical statements, threat scenarios and control recommendations are owned by Angel Brenishki, Dyasol’s security lead. Any technical question raised in a session is logged and answered in writing within one business day.
Languages: Works in Bulgarian and English.

We do not audit what we build — and we do not assess individuals we also train. No employee is ever scored, profiled or singled out in our work.
